Terms of service

Effective August 26, 2026

These terms govern use of dtcmvp - meetings (the "service"), operated by dtcmvp. By connecting an account or booking a meeting through the service, you agree to them. If you are using the service for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

What the service does

The service schedules meetings between dtcmvp partners and e-commerce brands. For partners who connect a Google or Microsoft account, it reads calendar availability, places booked meetings on their calendar, keeps those events current through reschedules and cancellations, and prepares follow-up email drafts in the partner's own mailbox. How we handle the underlying data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Accounts and connections

Follow-up drafts

Follow-up emails are created as drafts in your mailbox. You are the sender of anything you choose to send: review each draft before sending it, and edit or discard it freely. dtcmvp does not send email from your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to access another person's data without authorization. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe threatens the service or other users.

Fees

The scheduling service itself is provided to dtcmvp partners as part of their dtcmvp partnership. Any fees between dtcmvp and a partner are set out in that partner's agreement with dtcmvp, not here.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, and it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change the service over time; if a change materially reduces what it does for you, we will tell connected partners before it takes effect.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, dtcmvp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability, governing law) survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
